Housing consists mainly of modern single detached homes built after 2000, primarily with three or four or more bedrooms. On-street parking is convenient, enhancing accessibility within the community. Green spaces and parks are available in the vicinity, adding to the neighborhood’s tranquil character.

Northeast Village is an excellent neighborhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. The noise levels in Northeast Village are especially low, as the streets are generally very tranquil. It is sometimes challenging to access public green spaces in the neighborhood since they aren't well-located. Still, there are a few parks nearby for residents to enjoy.
